Designed and project managed 200+ store projects, including boutiques, shop-in-shops, corners, and exhibition spaces. Managed a multitude of retail design projects in diverse U.S. luxury market environments, from initial concept design to construction completion and extended follow-up for store operations. Responsibilities included selecting sites, developing schematic proposals and bid documents, reviewing shop drawings to provide direction for alterations and improvements, training sales staff in the new VM environment, and managing communication with diverse stakeholders to ensure each project was executed smoothly and consistently aligned with the global luxury aesthetic.
